I WANT TO CREATE MY GAME, WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
You can calculate your price directly on our online quote calculator.
It's quick, easy and free. All you have to do is follow the instructions and fill in the necessary fields and options.
The price will be calculated directly, so there's no need to enter your contact details.
If you would like to receive your quote by email, fill in your billing details at the end of the form.
To place an order, activate the Place order option and follow the instructions.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM PRINT QUANTITIES?
We can print your games from one copy only.
The maximum quantity that can be calculated by our calculator is 2,500 games.

ARE THE CARD SETTINGS CUSTOMIZABLE ON THE FRONT AND BACK?
At Print Europe, you are free to personalize your card games 100%.
Whether the back is common to all the cards, or each face and back are different, the price does not change!

ARE THE CORNERS ROUNDED ON THE CARDS?
By default, all our games are produced with rounded corners (unless your game measures more than 149 mm on each side).
The radius of the rounded corners is 4 mm.
If you would like straight corners (not rounded), simply specify this in the comments on your order.

CAN I HAVE THE TEMPLATE FOR THE SEMI-RIGID CASE/CLOCHE BOX?
The template for the case or bell box will be sent to you once your order has been validated and paid for.
We don't send templates in advance, because we create them to measure according to the technical characteristics of your order (card format, type of paper and finish, leaflet/booklet, etc.).

ARE THE LEAFLETS PRINTED ON BOTH SIDES?
Yes, the flyers are printed on both sides.
If you only have one page, we won't print anything on the back, but the price won't change.

DO YOU MANUFACTURE IN FRANCE?
Our personalized card games are entirely made in France, more precisely in our workshops in Mundolsheim (near Strasbourg).
Since 2022, we have held the ‘Made in Alsace’ label.

ARE YOU COMPLIANT WITH CE AND NF STANDARDS AND DO YOU HAVE ANY CERTIFICATIONS?
Our card games are made entirely in France. Since the CE standard only applies to toys, card games do not fall into this category.
All our paper is PEFC and/or FSC certified (paper from sustainably managed forests).
In addition, we have a contract with a local recycling company to process all our production waste.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTION TIMES?
Our calculator shows you the estimated manufacturing time in working days (Monday-Friday) based on the quantities and options chosen.
This time does not include delivery time, which must be added.
Our lead times are regularly updated in line with our production schedule, so they are fairly reliable.
However, for large quantities or during busy periods (September to December), we may be slightly behind schedule.
We will keep you informed as your order progresses.

WHAT FILE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

HOW CAN I CHECK MY FILE BEFORE PRINTING?
In order to check your file before printing and ensure that everything is in order, a digital proof is systematically sent to you before printing. If you wish, you can also opt for a paper proof by selecting this option when you place your order.

IS MY FILE CHECKED BEFORE PRINTING?
For each order, we check the following points on the customer files: format and number of cards in accordance with the order, bleed, quiet zone.
The quality of the file sent is not checked. The customer is solely responsible for the creation and conformity of his file.
In certain cases, and to ensure that the file complies with our technical constraints, we may modify the file format by plus or minus 2%.
In order to check your file before printing, we systematically send you a digital proof. If you have any doubts about the quality or colour of your file, we strongly advise you to add a paper proof as an option when placing your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are processed within 24 working hours.
The production lead time begins on receipt of your validated proof (digital or paper).
If you have opted for a paper proof, this will be printed as soon as the first digital proof has been validated.

WHAT TYPES OF INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING DO YOU OFFER?
Depending on the format and number of cards, you can choose between plastic boxes or personalised cardboard cases.
We also offer semi-rigid cloche boxes and rigid boxes (minimum order of 100 for rigid boxes).

ARE THE GAMES DELIVERED IN INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING?
Yes, when you order boxes or cases, we systematically insert the games into them (unless instructed otherwise).
Assembly is carried out according to your specific requirements to guarantee a final result that perfectly meets your expectations. We can fit the inside of the boxes with wedges at no extra charge.

HOW ARE GAMES ORDERED WITHOUT INDIVIDUAL WRAPPING PACKAGED?
In general, we put the games on tape in packs of 3 to 10 with a separator.
We do not put games in individual blister packs.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS?
In mainland France, the standard delivery time is 48 hours by UPS or Chronopost.
Some larger orders are sent by carrier on pallets and delivery generally takes 48 to 72 hours.
You can also choose the ‘24-hour delivery’ option for express delivery (UPS Express or Chrono 13).
For deliveries within the European Union (border countries), the delivery time is generally 2 to 4 working days.
For Switzerland and other countries, the delivery time varies depending on the distance from France and the time taken for customs clearance.
Once the goods have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for the carrier's delivery time.
The manufacturing time indicated on our calculator is estimated and does not include the delivery time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive the tracking number by e-mail (except in the case of delivery on a pallet).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We offer payment by credit card with our partner Stripe (secure payment).
We do not accept PayPal or cheques.
You can also pay by bank transfer (your order will not be processed until we receive payment or the bank transfer advice note).
If you are an administration or government department, you can also select the Chorus Pro option (your order will be processed on receipt of your purchase order).

MERCHANDISE CONTROL & COMPLAINTS
We would ask you to check the condition of the goods as soon as you receive them: if any part is damaged, we would ask you to make an explicit reservation on the delivery note before the driver leaves (defect noted + quantity affected) and to take photos of the defects encountered.
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to send us your complaint.
Please note: we will not be able to respond favourably to any complaints without reservations or photos.
