  • I WANT TO CREATE MY GAME, WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

    You can calculate your price directly on our online quote calculator.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM PRINT QUANTITIES?

    We can print your games from 5 copies (we do not produce individual games).

  • ARE THE CARD SETTINGS CUSTOMIZABLE ON THE FRONT AND BACK?

    At Print Europe, you are free to personalize your card games 100%.

  • ARE THE CORNERS ROUNDED ON THE CARDS?

    By default, all our games are produced with rounded corners (unless your game measures more than 149 mm on each side).

  • CAN I HAVE THE TEMPLATE FOR THE SEMI-RIGID CASE/CLOCHE BOX?

    The template for the case or bell box will be sent to you once your order has been validated and paid for.

  • ARE THE LEAFLETS PRINTED ON BOTH SIDES?

    Yes, the flyers are printed on both sides.

  • DO YOU MANUFACTURE IN FRANCE?

    Our personalized card games are entirely made in France, more precisely in our workshops in Mundolsheim (near Strasbourg).

  • ARE YOU COMPLIANT WITH CE AND NF STANDARDS AND DO YOU HAVE ANY CERTIFICATIONS?

    Our card games are made entirely in France. Since the CE standard only applies to toys, card games do not fall into this category.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTION TIMES?

    Our calculator shows you the estimated manufacturing time in working days (Monday-Friday) based on the quantities and options chosen.

  • WHAT FILE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

  • HOW CAN I CHECK MY FILE BEFORE PRINTING?

    To check your file before printing and ensure everything is in order, a digital Proof of Proof (BAT) is systematically sent to you before printing. If you prefer, you can also opt for a paper BAT by selecting this option when ordering.

  • IS MY FILE CHECKED BEFORE PRINTING?

    For each order, we check the following points on customer files: format and number of cards conform to the order, bleed, quiet zone.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

    All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are processed within 24 business hours.

  • WHAT TYPES OF INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING DO YOU OFFER?

    Depending on the format and number of cards, you have the choice between plastic boxes or personalized cardboard cases.

  • ARE THE GAMES DELIVERED IN INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING?

    Yes, when you order boxes or cases, we always include the games inside (unless otherwise instructed).

  • HOW ARE GAMES ORDERED WITHOUT INDIVIDUAL WRAPPING PACKAGED?

    Typically we tape games in packs of 3-10 with a divider.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS?

    In Metropolitan France, the standard delivery time is 48 hours by UPS or Chronopost.

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

    We offer payment by credit card with our partner Stripe (secure payment).

  • MERCHANDISE CONTROL & COMPLAINTS

    We thank you for checking the condition of the goods upon receipt: if any part is damaged, we invite you to make an explicit reservation before the driver leaves on his delivery slip (defect noted quantity affected) and to take photos of the defects encountered.
