An undeniable high-end look
The subtle presence of hot foil stamping on your printed materials is a major asset that no longer needs to be proven. Foil stamping is not just a simple enhancement technique. Allowing you to stand out with a unique and memorable visual identity, it is an extension of your brand itself that reflects the elegance of your organization. Hot foil stamping gives your printed materials an undeniable high-end appearance. By applying this finish, you are sure to attract the consumer's attention and spark their interest. The shine of the foil is captivating and encourages the customer to examine and touch your printed material carefully.
This elegant touch brings real added value to your creations, thus reinforcing their attractiveness.
The different scenarios
Subtly used, hot foil stamping allows you to elegantly highlight the important elements of your visuals.
This finishing technology is particularly suitable for:
High-end projects: Are you looking to make card games or any other high-end-looking product? Gilding is the perfect finishing touch.
Embellish your prints: beyond its high-end rendering and whatever its color, hot foil stamping considerably improves the visual appearance of your prints.
Limited editions or rare cards: Applying foil to special designs adds an extra dimension. It accentuates the rarity of a card or medium.
Stand out: In a saturated market where standing out is essential, hot foil stamping can help you grab customers' attention. The glossy finish of foil stamping makes your products memorable and attractive.
Express your creativity
Gold and silver are the most standard colors for hot foil stamping. To create an elegant combination of foil and the dominant colors of your designs, you can also opt for blue, red, or holographic foiling.

Our advice: For an even more memorable effect, combine hot foil stamping and selective varnish. The hot foil stamping film is applied over a first layer of digitally applied varnish, which acts as an adhesive. The foil stamping thus benefits from all the reliefs and textures of the digital varnish. It is therefore possible to combine varnish and foil stamping on the same document.

About hot foil stamping
Gilding can be applied to an uncoated surface, provided that no trace of gilding appears on the cut. If this is not the case, for optimal adhesion, your surface will systematically be coated with a Soft Touch matte film before being varnished.
For the press to accept your print job, it must comply with a maximum format of 330 x 750 mm and a thickness of 0.45 mm.
The thickness of the foil can vary depending on the file, the type of printing, the surface, and the foil used. For your cards, packaging, or any other media, we use a thickness of approximately 29μ.
